Insurance companies continue to shy away from condominium communities and it takes a community that is well cared-for with a stellar preventative maintenance record to continue achieving the best possible insurance pricing. The Insurance Committee reviews several proposals and goes through countless inspections and meetings before submitting their results to the Board of Directors. 

Our Insurance Committee is staffed by residents with years in the industry themselves and their work culminates in the final recommendations in the month of August for the renewal policy starting October 1st of every year.
